Activities of FoRS

Information and education: organising educational actions, seminars, international conferences; ensuring participation of the representatives and members of FoRS in similar international events abroad; publishing materials related to development issues

Coordination and dialogue: supporting joint cooperation among members; definition of jointly agreed standards and how to meet them; coordination of common development activities targeting policy makers and officials, non-governmental sector, public and other target groups

Representation and advocacy of members’ common interests: development of partnership with key institutional partners at the national and international levels; active monitoring and influencing of the legislative and financial framework of the development and humanitarian NGOs; general pressure on the Czech state administration to support the civil society in order to establish dialogue and foster participation in decision-making
