As an Associate Grants Director, you will combine both programmatic work as well as share the leadership with the Grants Director. This role requires strong knowledge of the full grant-making cycle (including proposal development, budget management, reporting, and compliance), and cross-team collaboration, working closely with programme, finance, and outreach teams to align grant strategies with organisational goals.
